Detached house of 250 m2 and 35 m2 of patio distributed approximately on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large and comfortable surface of 120 m2 in which we find a large living room of about 40 m2 with access to the patio-garden of 35 m2, living room or games for children, kitchen also outside office and with lots of light with access to a second patio, courtesy toilet with radial heating and a small storage room.
